Be the best you can be at your job. As leader people will expect you to do what you are doing 100%. You cannot fail that responsibility and you cannot fail those that follow you. If you cannot be technically proficient in what you are doing then how can you expect yourself to hold anyone accountable for their actions? Don’t come across as faker or a poser. Know your job 100% and know the jobs of those you lead. You and they will be better for it.
