MEDITATE
To meditate is to think deeply or carefully about something.
To meditate is to actively work to calm your mind, your body, ultimately you calm yourself.
Meditation comes in all shapes and forms.
No one form is better than the other.
Find what works for you and stick to it.
However, don't stress over which meditation process works for you.
Remember, you know what's best for YOU!
