Do you have what it takes?
In a time that is all about making connections, sharing, and liking genuine compassion goes a long way. As a leader, one of your middle names has to be COMPASSION.
Everyone is struggling. Times are tough for everyone and you have to realize that fact. There will be times that you cannot do anything about the situation of any of your stakeholders. What you can do is to be there and listen. Show genuine concern for them and they in turn will show you genuine gratitude. Seriously, it is that simple. However, it all begins with you.
If you haven't already please give it a try.
