Do you have what it takes?
Do you have a sense of duty? Duty to your family? Your company? Your employees? Your peers? Most of all, do you have a sense of Duty to yourself?
Your duty to yourself and your continued success as a leader should always be at the top of your list. Think about it, if you do not have that sense of duty to yourself then how can you possibly fulfill any sense of duty to others? Seriously, it is that simple.
Now ask yourself: Do you have a sense of duty and is it something that is centered on making you the best you can be?
