Do you have what it takes?
A little goes a long way. A lot is too much and so is none. A leader must learn to control their level of humility.
None is TERRIBLE! Displaying no humility gives off the sense of conceit. Being conceited is a great way to lose current followers and close the door on any future follower. Your reputation will precede you.
A lot  is HORRIFIC!  Displaying too much gives off a sense of lack of confidence and that is the fastest way to lose followers.
A little is EXCELLENT!
