The Leadership Minute #25: Bearing
The Leadership Minute #25
Character Traits of a Leader: Bearing
The manner in which you conduct yourself and the way others see you. That includes your posture and gestures. Show yourself in a positive light, project yourself in a positive light and others will see you in a positive light.
Others will see you in a positive light because that’s what they expect to see in a leader. They are expecting you to hold yourself to a higher standard because they are going to hold you to an even higher standard. You want to be the leader, this is what you have got to do.
