As a current or future leader and as part of your growth process, you must genuinely give of yourself to others. The giving you do must also be authentic, without expectation of reciprocation, because if all the giving you do is done with the expectation that you will be getting something in return then you are NOT authentic and you most certainly are not a leader. The same goes that if you do receive something and it is not up the level that you "expected" you are on the wrong side of what you believe is leadership.
