GIVING, TAKING, RECEIVING - LEARN TO KNOW WHAT LEVEL TO GIVE - 09/21/21

Everyone will be different and when you are starting out as a leader it would behoove you to not give away too much and to not give away too little. There is a fine line that over time you will find. That fine line is for you to determine what is just right to giveaway. Of course, there are individuals that will require that you give more, others not soo much, and still others that you are not sure about. Give it time and be open to be flexible to make the necessary adjustments when they need to be made.

Remember, do not short change yourself and do not over extend yourself. It is a learning process. Remember, Actions over Words all day, every day!
