Expand your internal network by making friends with your co-workers. However, don't overdo it. It may be easy to get started, it is even easier to get carried away. While it is not a problem to socialize with your co-workers, it can become a problem when you become a supervisor. Show a little restraint now and you will thank yourself later.
Make friends now and they can become your strongest allies later. Show genuine and authentic friendship and you might just make someone a lifelong friend
