INTERNAL

There is INTERNAL and EXTERNAL

The INTERNAL is what is kept inside. 

These can be thoughts, words, or deeds.

What you do INTERNALLY should never be publicized nor should it be something you use to keep score.

Never say, "I do so much for you that you will never know." What a load of BS!

Everything you do or say, you KEEP internal.

If have to be one of those individuals that does things for the sake of doing something to either expect something in return or to throw in the face of the "ungrateful" is WRONG.

You Are WRONG!

If that is your ultimate goal in what you do things for others, just STOP!

You are INAUTHENTIC. 

Doing Something and just keep your mouth SHUT! or do not do it at ALL!
