Do you have what it takes?

As a leader you will be expected to have clarity in your vision, mission, expectations, and in yourself.

By clarity, I mean you will have to be able to clearly and concisely express yourself without being vague or random or obscure.

You will have to ensure that what you see that needs to be accomplished is exactly what is accomplished. For example, if you need all the red colored items in Location A moved to Location B and the all the blue items moved to Location C then it is up to you to ensure that everyone is informed and clearly understands what must be done.

When you fail to be clear in your expectations do not be surprised when something else is the result.

Be clear because your followers are always expecting that from you.
