Do you have what it takes?

Dedication is one thing that is a core function of being a leader. Leadership in essence is Dedication. You dedicate yourself to your business, your facility, your equipment, and above all you dedicate yourself to the people that follow you.

That dedication makes you their follower. They in turn, lead you. Yes, you follow them just like they follow you. It is the only true perpetual motion machine.

If you don't follow your followers how can you expect them to follow you? Give them the dedication they deserve and they will dedicate themselves to you, your mission, and your vision of success.
