There is a fine line between Passionate and Emotional. One is what you are before and up to the point you are doing something. The other is what happens afterwards. Now, while some emotion is good, getting overly emotional is NOT. However, you can be 100% passionate 100% of the time and that is perfectly acceptable.
Passion is essential to any business operation, to any leadership style. You must have that commitment and exude passion every day. The day you give 90% is the day you are giving 0%. Again, this is an all or nothing.
