Do you have what it takes?
Are you communicative or do you think you are communicative?

There is a difference! One is doing something and the other is the perception of doing something. You have to know and NOT perceive that you are doing something.

When it comes to being communicative there is no middle ground. It is exactly like being pregnant, either you are pregnant or you are not pregnant. There is no "kinda" pregnant.

Either you are COMMUNICATIVE or you are NOT COMMUNICATIVE. That's it. Remember, there is no thinking there is KNOWING.

Knowing that you are able to "impart information" and deliver that information in a manner that calls for and demands dialogue/two-way conversation to occur then are you truly communicating.

Do not short change anyone. You want to be a leader? Leaders have followers and followers will only follow a leader that is able to fully give them a concise and clear mission, share his vision, and demand feedback once the process is underway. If you fail to do that then you will be nothing more than a monologue spewing dictator and we all know what happens to dictators.

Open the channels of communication and demand conversations in everything you do. It is the only way to get your message out and ensure that it is understood.
