Now what you empower them with is subjective. So be careful what you empower others with. Give them the good stuff. Keep them honest and humble. Never, ever let them use what you give them for bad.
They may be tempted to but when you only empower them to do good, they will do good. Give them a chance, an opportunity, and you will see what that will get you.
Not sure, how to do it?
It is real simple: Start of small and over time start increasing the amount of authority you give. Before you know it they will be part of the trusted inner circle (and that's a good thing.)
