You better. Nothing sets someone back faster than lack of confidence. Nothing makes followers turn around and leave you for another leader faster than lack of confidence.
If you think that confidence is something that you can set aside and work on it later. WRONG!
You have to have confidence to get up every morning and you have to have confidence to be the leader you always wanted to be. There is nothing else to it. Count to three and do it!
